We are really excited to launch our Circus Workshops into schools. Rowan studied on both the BTEC and Foundation Degree level at Circomedia in Bristol. Invite a professional circus artist into school to teach your students the basics of circus skills so they too can plan to run away to the circus!
Children will learn the art of hula hoop, juggling, poi, spinning plates etc. Rowan has been teaching in schools over the last few years and ensures that every child will succeed at learning a new skill. Learning these skills is a fantastic way to build confidence and self esteem. Group work and team work is also encouraged through games whilst students learn in a fun way.
Circus skills workshops can be booked for one keystage or even the whole school. Classes will be taught a class at a time, ensuring that all developmental stages are considered. Of course you can also book these workshops for just one class.
PTA/ School Fete
Rowan has regularly been booked by schools to help entertain families at school fetes whilst children ‘have a go’ with the circus equipment. This is often delivered in a more relaxed manner and in a less structured way so all of the family can get involved. Our Circus Workshops can be booked across the Midlands and also across Yorkshire.
